Fairsize

Vietnam e-visa photo, 4 × 6 cm.

The official e-visa site asks for a recent 4 × 6 cm portrait in JPG or JPEG, under 2 MB, facing the front with a white background, no hat and no glasses. Place the lines on your head and chin, and the tool crops to that shape and saves the file under the limit.

Worth knowing

  • The site gives no head size, so the tool frames your head and shoulders in the middle and shows the head height as information only.
  • You also upload a photo of your passport data page. The e-visa site reads it automatically and will not let you submit if it is invalid, so photograph the whole page flat and sharp.
  • Apply only on the official e-visa site. Other sites that look official charge extra fees.
