Questions
Why does a portal reject a file that looks fine?
Common reasons: it is really a PNG or HEIC renamed to .jpg, it is over or under the KB range, the pixel size is wrong, it is CMYK, or the photo is stored sideways with a rotation tag.
Does this change my file?
No. It only reads it. Use the resize or compress tools to fix what it finds.
